Here's a glimpse of you writing to your list...
Dear... Dear?! Who's put "dear" on an email.
I'm not currently 105. Ugh. Okay.
"Hey! Just a little update. I know it's been a long time and I'm sure you didn't want another email..."
Delete delete delete.
Don't apologize. Nobody cares that I haven't emailed. They probably didn't notice. Shit, they probably won't notice this.
"Hey! I've got a free workshop coming up. Totally free. And if you don't want it, I get it. You're busy. But it is free, so if..."
They don't even remember who I am! Why would they want my workshop?
"Hey! You probably don't remember but it's me, the expert in your inbox. After 10 years of experience, 3 degrees, and working with many clients, I've put together a workshop for you. It's based on a number of helpful tools, such as..."
You write 2 pages that would fit better in a doctoral thesis than a note to a friend.
After 2 rewrites, 3 snack breaks, and a newly cleaned house, the email goes on tomorrow's to do list and you scroll TikTok looking for cute pony videos to try to relax.
It was never about the email.
It was about what the email might prove.
That the business goals living rent-free in your head might come crashing down the moment your inbox sits there, silent, at no new replies.
So you clean the house instead.
And here's the real bitch of it:
Every time you don't send, you're prioritizing the comfort of strangers over your own business.
People who might not even like if you met them in person.
Over the creation you're actually building.
Here's the thing though. The inbox isn't a verdict.
And the only way to find that out is to send the damn thing.
Every day. For 7 days.
Before you feel ready, before it's perfect, before you've justified your existence in three paragraphs and a doctoral thesis.
That's Unbothered.
Email your audience every day for 7 days.
With prompts to keep you from penning War & Peace and sell your stuff with glee not grossness.
Go from "I don't want to bother them" to "they're so lucky to hear from me."
"I sent EMAIL 1 IN AN ACTUAL MFING SALES SEQUENCE today!
At first I was like 'I don't want to bug my people.' After I got your course,
I realized I could do it. AND GUESS FUCKING WHAT:
I got a sale from email 1 already.
AND she's sharing my link with her friends."

Who Is This For?
Who Is This NOT For?

Wait, who's doing this?
It's me, Amber Petty.
I went from actress performing to 1 person audiences at improv shows to 11,000 subscribers and getting 2000 people to show up for a Half-Assed Challenge (literally called Half-Assed).
The difference between inconsistent income & chasing clients to running a successful business for 5 years is this: Email.
Did I once cry because someone criticized me for emailing too much? Yes.
Did I laugh when I made $1500 from an email I almost didn't send? Also yes.
Trust me, the money outweighs the tears.
Especially because an email isn't a real bother to anyone.
And when I realized that I was shrinking my voice to potentially make a stranger's inbox easier to handle - I cut that shit.
Now, sales doesn't feel gross. It's a creative part of my day.
And feeling like you deserve to take up space, whenever you want, for people who signed up to hear from you - all of your marketing gets easier.
And you walk into any room as the woman who can always sell.
